The textataxi service works by first creating your text message, starting with the word 'taxi', then put in 'NORWICH', followed by the booking, where you want to go and at what time. You then send the text to 82820.
As soon as you have sent your text you will receive a text back saying that the booking is being processed, a second text will then be sent to you when the booking is confirmed. A third text will be sent to you once your taxi arrives at the correct time and place. This text will also say what kind of car it is and what the registration number of your taxi, so you know that it;s 100% safe, you then know that you are getting into the correct taxi that you ordered.
